Refund policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Menai & Co.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused, original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at support@menaiandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we may resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Used candles, wax melts, room sprays, body products, soaps, or other personal fragrance items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items and clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

Wool blankets must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to complete an approved return and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
