Thank you for shopping with Menai & Co.
We take pride in preparing each order with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During seasonal peaks, artisan shows, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the United States.
Orders under $49 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Menai & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are outside our direct control.
Menai & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. We will gladly assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@menaiandco.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we may help resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup unless specifically arranged for approved wholesale or event orders.
